Here is our advice on how YOU can support THEM⬇️⁠

1. Offer practical help. 🛍️⁠
Sometimes they may not want to ask for anything from you. They may feel like a burden. Let them know that you WANT to help them and are there for anything they need.⁠
⁠
2. Be there to listen. 🫂⁠
Caregivers give time and energy all day to others. Be there to listen and offer support if they need it. Be patient as sometimes days become long.⁠
⁠
3. Help them seek out resources. 💻️⁠
Caring for others is a HUGE task and NO ONE can do it alone. Look for resources available to them whether it be support groups, adult day care, etc.⁠

If you are a caregiver and don’t want to directly ask for support, send this post to a close friend or family member.💞⁠
