KidStrong Eagan provides science-based training to build strong and confident kids. We also host epic birthday parties and camps in Eagan.

KidStrong Eagan is a science-based training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids, from crawling through age 11. Baby, toddler, preschool and school-age sessions are led by highly-trained coaches who take kids through age-appropriate challenges and competitions in weekly 45-minute classes. Kids run ninja courses, climb ropes, flip tires, sprint and build the foundation to excel at any sport, while practicing public speaking, teamwork, grit and problem solving to excel at life. Kids rank up and earn extra in-class responsibilities like Class Captain. 96% of parents say KidStrong is why their kids are more confident.

Using Bosu balls in class may look like play, but they're building balance, coordination and lower body power one wobbly movement at a time. That's science-based whole-child development, KidStrong style. 💪

Big news: KidStrong is partnering with Good Inside and Dr. Becky. 🎉

Here's why this matters: KidStrong is where kids practice who they're becoming - building strength, bravery, and confidence through movement and character development on the blue floor. Good Inside gives parents the language and tools to shape who those kids are, not just how they're behaving in the moment. Together, we're helping parents raise kids who are strong inside and out.

And here's the best part - all current KidStrong members, and anyone who becomes a KidStrong member before September 13, gets 3 FREE months of a Good Inside membership*. Take the same work our coaches do on the blue floor and bring it home, so what your kid practices with us keeps building at your kitchen table too.

Strong bodies. Strong character. Strong families. That's the goal — inside and out. 💪

*Must redeem by September 13. Check your email for your specific redemption code.

Grip. Strength. Confidence. At KidStrong, monkey bars build it all, one swing at a time. 🐒

08/17/2026

Throwing looks simple. The brain work behind it isn't. 🧠

Every throw asks a kid's brain to judge distance, track a target and time a release all at once. That's spatial awareness and sustained attention, two skills that show up way beyond the blue floor: in classrooms, on playgrounds, everywhere.

At KidStrong, we build these skills on purpose because "just playing catch" is actually a brain workout in disguise.

Up. Down. Left. Right. Under. Over. 🔄 Simple words, but every time kids practice directionality at KidStrong, they're doing way more than following instructions. Teaching kids directional terms strengthens their spatial thinking — and spatial thinking is the foundation for math and science. So that obstacle course? It's basically a head start on geometry.

The BOSU ball isn’t just a balance tool. 🧠 It’s a neuromuscular trainer. Every wobble forces your child’s brain and muscles to communicate at lightning speed which builds the neural pathways behind reaction time, coordination and agility. We don’t do random. Every tool in KidStrong has a reason. ⚡
