In the latest episode of Courageous Conversations, Houston Kelly (’23) shares how his faith, family, and Briarcrest experiences shaped his journey as a musician and his time on NBC’s The Voice.

Houston joined host Jason Ellis to discuss using a national platform to reflect Christ, showing kindness and grace in settings where faith may be unfamiliar, and learning to put God’s purpose above his own ambitions. He also shared how a challenging season in college taught him the importance of Christian community, accountability, and trusting God’s faithfulness, even when we make mistakes.

Mark your calendars and be sure to join us for our Proverbs 22:6 Parent Equipping Series this year!

We'd love for you to join us for this high-impact series as Jason Ellis dives into the Word and delivers practical guidance for parents navigating social and cultural issues with their children. It's a great way to meet other BCS moms, dads, and grandparents, too!

These classes are free for BCS parents and prospective families, and the sessions are held in the PAC Film Room. The first session is on Sept. 10 at 8:15am. We hope to see you there!
