St. Francis Xavier supporters ~ beginning Wednesday, February 1st, the Xavier School Association events, along with all St. Francis Xavier updates and highlights, will be posted solely on the St. Francis Xavier Elementary page. This will create one location for current and future families to get information.

It’s crazy to think we are halfway through the school year already….we wanted to give a little update on what amazing things we were able to purchase for the students, classrooms and school so far!!!

Please know we wouldn’t have been able to do the following without the continued support from our families and community for our fundraisers and events…

With your support we were able to purchase 3 standing desks for students in the classroom, 144 new small white boards for students, we continue to pay for field trips and bussing and were able to add lunch for 130 5th/6th graders plus chaperones for their ski trip to our list (which will continue for years to come), Santa at St. Nick at Nite, some of the WI Dells gift basket, the new Xavier sign on the southeast corner of school, religious weeklies, at the start of the year all students got a green polo on us, and treated all the students to ice cream at our open house!

We were also able to treat our incredible staff with a few things that are just a fraction of what they deserve…monthly coffee, meals for conferences, and funds towards their grade level classrooms to enhance the students education!

We can NOT express enough how much your support has meant to us but especially to the students and school!!! Thank you 💚💛

🧁 Cupcake order forms with money are DUE TOMORROW 1/19!! IF the weather takes a turn we need them Friday at the latest, so they can be tallied and sent to J&D Mart!! Thank you!!

Xavier family and friends!!! The can drive is still going on down at Xavier, unfortunately some people who signed up to help were unable to make it….our team needs help!!! If you can and are willing they will be down there for another hour or two, please head down and help!! We appreciate your help and support! Thank you! 💚💛

The largest fundraiser for our school is fast approaching, “A Xavier Affair” raises funds for a lot of larger projects around the school!

So many local businesses have donated to our silent auction, live auction and other behind the scene costs… Randy’s Neighborhood Market is contributing in a fun way, they are rounding up through January 20. Stop in, grab your groceries and support Xavier by rounding up!!!

It’s 🧁🧁 time!!!!

We are once again teaming up with J & D Catering & Sweets to offer you all delicious cupcakes, perfect for Valentine’s Day or any day for that matter!!! Sales start today and run through 1/19! This is an amazing fundraiser for our school that continues to pay for field trips and bussing!!

Orders will be available 2/9 for pick up!!!

We have said it once and we will say keep saying it all year long…we have an incredible staff at Xavier and we appreciate them beyond words!

This morning the XSA worked with Aslan's Square to deliver coffee, smoothies & lemonades to school as our token of appreciation to all staff members. ☕️🥤

Aslan’s made it so easy to get all 63 members of our staff a drink they personally ordered. They even delivered and wrote cute individual notes on each one!! If you haven’t checked out their coffee shop yet, stop in soon! It’s adorable. 🥰

In addition, the XSA gifted each staff member with Chamber Bucks and one of the new 💚 and 💛 Pura Vida bracelets for Christmas! 🎄🎅
