⭐️🌟🤩📣📣📣📣📣

I would like to send a huge shout out to our HHLC team of teachers! HHLC received a quality score rating with the State of Tennessee of 98 out of 100!
That score is an average of four scores throughout the year ending on September 30, 2025. (Pictured below)

Our new rating cycle began on October 1, 2025.
I am posting the score below that we were given last week on our monitoring visit. We received another score of 100 with no violations for our new license year. What a fantastic way to start our new licensure year!

I would also like to give a shout out to all of our teachers who have been continuing their education to provide quality education and activities for all of our children in our facility. Several of our teachers have associates degree in early childhood, and several of our teachers are working towards that degree. 👏

Mrs. Lauren and Mrs. Rhiannon completed their CDA (Child development associate credential) in the fall of this year! 🎉🎉🎉🥳🥳🥳

We are committed to keeping HHLC top-notch in providing the best quality care that your children can receive! We believe in developmentally appropriate practice, and we also believe in sanitizing and supervision being our top priority.

Hours would be 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. (Additional hours would or could be available during the week)

Summary of Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• At least 18 years of age
• Energetic, positive, organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Communicate daily with parents
• Maintain confidentiality and trust
• Complete required pre-employment and annual training
• Comply with TN Department of Childcare regulations and license policies
• Obtain ongoing Professional Development hours
• Physically and emotionally able to fulfill responsibilities
• Engage children in conversation, interactive play, music & movement, games, fine and large motor skills activities, literacy, and other age-appropriate activities
• implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Maintain a warm and inviting classroom environment
• Care for diapering/toileting, feeding, and other needs of the children
• Positive interaction with Director, parents, and co-workers
• Able to consistently work scheduled hours and perform duties.
