Monday @ 4pm 45 mix (yoga and weight class) Mon 530 hot class (all levels no weights set flow) Tuesday 4pm sculpt (yoga, lots of weight and cardio - you gotta bring it) 5:30 hot again. Thursday power (inversions, a heavy sweat during a creative, powerful and unique flow).

As summer dwindles into late August and peeps have flown home to their nest or on a late summer adventure.. the last of the yogis play. Until next summer my yogis on the deck. I love you and feel so blessed to have had so many fun journeys together on our mats. Come drop in and visit me at yoga Six Kingston Tuesdays and Thursday late afternoon/evening 🧘‍♂️🌊💕
