Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone: 10 years of Sam at The Gregory Center! 💜💛

Sam began her journey with us as a Behavior Health Technician, and over the last decade, we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow through so many stages of her career. She earned her Master’s degree, became a Licensed Behavior Specialist, went on to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Clinical Director!

Throughout all of that growth, Sam has remained connected to what brought her into this field in the first place. In addition to leading and supporting her team, she continues to oversee her clients across clinic, communities, homes, and classrooms to help children succeed across environments.

Ten years represents countless clients and families supported, staff mentored, classrooms consulted, problems solved, and lives impacted. Sam has also been part of so much of The Gregory Center’s own growth and change over the years, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she has contributed along the way.

🎉 Congratulations to Nicole on officially becoming a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)! 🎉

Since joining The Gregory Center in August 2023 as a Behavioral Health Technician, Nicole has continued to grow every step of the way. She advanced into the role of Assistant Behavior Consultant while earning her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Today, we’re thrilled to celebrate her next accomplishment as an LBS!

Nicole is known for her positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to jump in wherever she’s needed. She is a true team player who enjoys helping others, sharing her knowledge, and supporting both her colleagues and the families we serve. Her love for her family, dedication to her work, and commitment to continual growth make her an incredible asset to our team in Pittston and to this organization as a whole.

We couldn’t be prouder of everything Nicole has accomplished, and we’re excited to see all that she’ll continue to achieve.

Over the last decade, Allison has worn many hats at The Gregory Center, growing from Behavior Technician to Licensed Behavior Specialist and Assistant Clinical Director. Through every role, she has led with compassion, integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to the children, families, and staff she serves.

For the last 10 years, Allison has been an important part of The Gregory Center’s story. Beyond her clinical expertise, she is the kind of person who makes people feel valued, supported, and cared for. Her passion for helping others, dedication to her work, and commitment to those around her are just a few of the reasons she is so very loved and respected.
