Emerald Doulas is growing, and we’re looking for postpartum doulas to join our team.
We are currently hiring Postpartum Doulas in the Triangle area:
• Daytime
• Evenings
• Overnights
This work is deeply meaningful. It asks for presence, compassion, flexibility, and a true respect for families in one of the most tender seasons of their lives.
In return, you’ll be part of a supportive, experienced team that values connection, mentorship, and creating sustainable, fulfilling work doing what you love.
If you feel called to this work and want to be part of a community that truly supports both families and doulas, we’d love to connect.

Today is all about home birth and the families, midwives, and birth workers who make it possible.
We know home birth isn't the right choice for every family, but for those that it IS the right path we support you wholeheartedly too!
We're especially grateful for the amazing home birth midwives across North Carolina who dedicate their lives to this work. Their knowledge, experience, advocacy, and care help families access another option for bringing their babies into the world!
Happy International Home Birth Day.
If you had a homebirth share a 💚 in the comments!
