The Emily K Center is closed today (November 11) in honor of Veterans Day.

Last week's Inside Duke Basketball event was a hit! 🙌 We raised over $56,000 for the Center, got an exclusive sneak peek at this year's team, AND celebrated two of our incredible Scholars on Campus students attending Duke University (Melanie and Leo). Thanks to everyone who came out!

Thanks to Kids Voting Durham, our Pioneer Scholars students got the chance to learn more about voting and practice casting their ballots 🗳️

What an incredible day hosting Continuando Mi Camino! 🎉 Attendees listened to inspiring student panels, explored college access, and connected at our college & resource fair. A HUGE thank you to LatinxEd and UNCG Undergraduate Admissions for partnering with us on this event!

Meet Mery! She is an eleventh grader at Middle College High School and one of our amazing Scholars to College students ✨

Neida is one of our Scholars on Campus students and current senior at Appalachian State University. She teamed up with her roommate to support Hurricane Helene relief in Western North Carolina by collecting donations for The Hospitality House. We're so proud of Neida for stepping up to help!

Happy Latinx Heritage Month! Our Game Plan: College team will be hosting Continuando Mi Camino on October 26, in partnership with LatinxEd and UNC Greensboro.
