Junior and advanced sophomore math majors in the Program for Research for Undergraduates (PRUV) spend six weeks of intensive research under the direction of a Duke faculty member. Projects are designed to lead to a senior thesis qualifying for Graduation with Distinction in Mathematics.

In Climate+, a program and research experience in Data+, project teams of undergraduate and graduate students explore new data-driven approaches to climate change; will marshal, analyze, and visualize data; and engage with environment and energy experts.

The MaryAnn Black Internship is an education-to-career program for high school students, and a collaboration between Duke Health and Durham YouthWorks. Duke student volunteers are needed to monitor interns virtually during Zoom meetings, moderate Q&As, and join tours on in-person days.

The Duke Population Health Sciences Summer Institute offers workshops for early- to mid-career researchers, professionals working in health care and health services research, trainees, and students who want to learn new methods that will broaden their research expertise.
