Wow, Class of 2024, this time next week you’ll be graduating! Watching you grow, some starting in TK, has been a journey we all cherish here at Trinity.
Here’s to the paths you’ve walked and the ones you’re about to embark on. You’ve filled our halls with your energy and our hearts with pride. Remember, no matter where life takes you, you carry a piece of Trinity with you. You’re forever a part of this family. Once a Lion, always a Lion.
Our first-grade students and their parents recently came together for a memorable Bird Day. Each student had a chance to research a particular bird. They applied what they learned in making artistic interpretations in paint and sculpture forms. After presenting these to the parents, classes enjoyed a live bird demonstration by Chip Gentry from Hawk Manor Falconry in Lillington, NC. Students were thrilled to see the birds they had researched, from tiny owls to Peregrine Falcons, up close. The excitement and wonder were palpable as oohs and ahhs echoed around the area.

Our 4th graders recently celebrated Pharaoh Day, showcasing their knowledge of ancient Egypt. They created group projects on topics like The Gift of the Nile, Empire & Government, Religion, Everyday Life, and The Valley of the Kings. Each student also dressed as a historical character, presenting their research in the first person. This immersive experience was enriched by studying the books of Genesis and Exodus, connecting the historical context with the biblical narrative. What an engaging way to bring history to life!

Seussical Splendor: A Whimsical Recap
Seussical the Musical, oh what a sight!
The song and the dance did ever delight.
Most nights, there was not a single empty seat,
The cheers and the laughter, oh what a treat!
With rave reviews soaring like birds in the sky,
The audience loved it, no one was shy.
The Cat in the Hat had tricks up her sleeve,
and JoJo’s small voice taught us to believe.
Our hero Horton found a whole world so small,
And Miss Gertrude McFuzz loved him through it all.
Now back to their studies, the students all stride,
With pride in their hearts, and beaming smiles outside.
For they've shown what great wonders teamwork can do,
In the magical world of Seuss, yes it's true.
Seussical’s curtain has closed, the set's put away,
but the glow of its magic—oh, it will stay!
"Seussical the musical opens tonight! With a special showing for the Lower School, it will be quite a sight! Tonight is sold out, and Friday as well, but for Saturday there are still tickets to sell! Trinity's 5th grade classes have taken to the stage at Zeusbucks. This much-loved Greco-Roman café offers creative drinks for the Gods while entertaining and enlightening the audience with skits. Students, adorned as characters from mythology, embodied roles that bring these ancient tales to life. This lively day is a fun and memorable way to learn about Greco-Roman mythology, allowing the students another creative outlet as well. Who's your favorite Greek or Roman God?
What a night at the Chapel Hill Country Club this past Saturday! This year’s Trinity School prom was packed with energy as everyone hit the dance floor, decked out and ready to have a blast. 🐥🌟 Egg-citing Times in Second Grade!
Our 2nd grade classes had a delightful experience —welcoming the newest, fluffiest members of our community! The children got a chance to interact with baby chicks that recently hatched in their classroom, learning about care and compassion first-hand. The joy and wonder on their faces were truly priceless. 🐣💕 A little reminder of the simple, beautiful moments of learning and growth at Trinity.
🎪🌟 Step Right Up to the TK Circus at Trinity School! 🌟🎪
Come one, come all to the greatest show on Earth—right here at Trinity! Our talented TK performers dazzled us with their incredible feats: brave lion tamers, clever dog tricks, the mighty strongest man and woman, graceful tight-rope walkers, and our prancing ponies stole the show! 🦁🐶💪🎭🐴
Thank you to all the little performers and teachers who made this day unforgettable. The magic of the circus came alive in our school, filling our hearts with joy and wonder! 🎉
The fourth-grade performance of "Hansel and Gretel" brought to life the timeless themes of courage, wit, and sibling solidarity! Both the Blue and Gold classes shone brightly on stage, captivating us with moments like Hansel's humorous snoring and the wicked witch's antics, which brought laughter despite her role as the villain.
This enchanting opera not only showcased our young thespians' talents but also mirrored Trinity School’s mission to nurture Christian virtues and an unhurried passion for learning. Experiencing this play reminds us of the power of stories to teach and inspire.
Thank you to all the parents who came out to support our rising stars! 🌟
Wow, Class of 2024, look how far you’ve come. Every burst of laughter, every shared challenge, and every ‘remember that time’ story has woven you closer, creating a tapestry rich with the Trinity spirit. Watching you grow up, some of you starting in TK, has been a journey we all cherish deeply here at Trinity.
Here’s to the paths you’ve walked and the ones you’re about to embark on. You’ve filled the halls with your energy and our hearts with pride. Remember, no matter where life takes you, you carry a piece of Trinity with you. You’re forever a part of this family. Because once a Lion, always a Lion. 🦁💫 🎓

Thank you for making it a memorable family night out. 🌟
Multi-disciplinary lessons in public speaking, scripture memorization, research, art-making, and problem-solving have abounded this month! Last week, students in fourth grade celebrated Biography Day where each student dressed up like a favorite character from history. Parents came to hear their reports and see the results of their hand-drawn portraits.
This week, months of preparation culminated in a sixth grade Medieval Day of epic proportions! Starting with presentations to parents and peers, students relayed the findings of their research into specific people or topics from the middle ages. Then the entire sixth grade processed into the HUB for a Latin mass with music, singing (in Latin!), and medieval dance. The day capped off with a medieval meal put on by the 6th grade parents and some fun games outside.
These traditions are such a rich learning opportunity for our students who will remember these moments for a lifetime. Thank you to all the partners who made these rich learning experiences possible. To the teachers who worked for months to see these days come to pass, and to the parents who supported students with their projects at home!

Would you like to work in a school that believes that students (TK–12) are created in God’s image to know and be known by God? Would you like to be part of the formation of not only their minds but also their hearts? Would you like to teach in a community where students are known and loved, and where faculty can exercise their giftedness and creativity to design learning experiences that align with the school’s mission?

Each year our students in 4th grade memorize and present Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech. There is something special to hear his powerful words, loaded with scriptural imagery and references, recited by the coming generation of future leaders.

Dreams of NBA stardom took a playful turn as our students showcased their skills, teamwork, and determination to secure a win against our spirited faculty team.
