Our Notebooking and Poetry Class came to an end yesterday after a week of pure creative bliss, and of course, discomfort. Moving out of our comfort zones is where the learning begins.

These teachers, who give up a week of their precious summer and make their way to campus every day, some driving over 2 hours each way! Gathering together, in person, in the summer heat, under smoky skies these people bring me hope and joy. They persist in systems that are increasingly difficult to thrive in, and are here to continue learning and growing. Thank you all for making this week magical!! Tomasen
