UNH offers many ways to cope with the changes we are facing related to COVID-19. One is called WellTrack, which is a self-guided and interactive resource to support mental health and well-being. It is easy to use and free-of-charge to UNH students, faculty and staff (anyone with an unh.edu email address) and it provides help with anxiety, stress, and depression. KRONOS presentations have started on all three campuses. Please see schedule below. These sessions are open to all employees who may want to see the application demonstrated.
