Powered by the Lexile and Quantile Career Database, SkillSight uses academic information schools already have to help students identify their strengths and explore careers, starter jobs, wages, and pathways that align with their skills without adding a new assessment or curriculum.

In ERP's first pilot in Rowland Unified School District, 83% of surveyed students said they better understood their skills and strengths, and 82% better understood which opportunities matched their skills.
