Our students finish up the program with an elective rotation—and this May we introduced an exciting new opportunity focused on women’s health 💛
Students expanded their knowledge and skills in areas like menopause and bone health while gaining experience providing nutrition education to patients.
The rotation culminated in a Be Well Series presentation, where students shared practical, evidence-based strategies to support women’s health across the lifespan.

It was an incredible experience to connect with and learn from inspiring professionals in the nutrition field while expanding our knowledge through a variety of engaging lectures. From emerging insights on GLP-1s and renal nutrition to weight- and food-neutral approaches in pediatric care, nutrition in palliative care, and updates to the USDA Dietary Guidelines, there was so much to take away.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to grow, network, and continue shaping our future practice as dietitians! 💙
