Our booth is next to La Cucina Galbani - where Carmella is hosting a day of Chef demos. We will be serving fried cheese ravioli, mini arancini and have lots of our pasta available for sale. Including our special Italian Flag Rotelle (wagon wheels).

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We could use some help for a 2 or 4 hour block THIS Saturday at Festa Italiana NC. 3-5, 5-7, 7-9.

Carmella will be hosting La Cucina Galbani at Festa Italiana.

Volunteers needed to help hand out chef samples and assist with the demo stage.

Volunteers for 4 hours receive free lunch!

Carmella and Daniela (Il Laboratorio class instructor) will both be showing off their skills at 430 and 530.

If you aren't able to volunteer - be sure to attend FESTA ITALIANA THIS Saturday.
