Calling all candidates for the first-year and DKU exchange student elections 📣

In two days, there will be a MANDATORY information session that all aspiring applicants must attend to be official candidates in the Fall 2026 elections 🗳

At the meeting, Attn. Gen. Smith will do a complete review of the conduct, rules, and violations, as well as general procedures for the elections. Additionally, DSG officials and candidates will review the election and application timeline.

📣Want to learn about the two biggest campus organizations? Come to Social Sciences room 139 next Monday at 7:30PM for a Joint Information Session between DSG and Duke University Union (DUU).

Attendees will learn about both orgs' structure, purpose, programs, and opportunities to get involved! Executive board representatives will be there to present and answer any questions you may have.

Hi Blue Devils!

Applications for DSG’s Presidential Cabinet are now open!

Cabinet Directors are part of DSG’s Executive Branch, and serve as liaisons and representatives of the campus communities they’re working with.

Cabinet Directors collaborate with the Legislative Branch to advocate for and implement changes on campus relating to their communities’ interests, and also support the President’s agenda.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 co-𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗦𝗚.

This year, we’re also introducing two new Cabinet roles:
1) Director of Multicultural Affairs &
2) Director of Intercollegiate Partnerships
