In Judo there is a long lost tenet which loosely translates to "the ground is dirty, you go there not me".

Everyday we gather

Holiday party tomorrow at TJJ.

"Normal" open mat at 12pm followed by some light hazing and gatekeeping.

Snacks, drinks, secwet sanna, mw3 tourney with only madcatz controllers.

Going live soon. Triangle Jiu Jitsu will be offering classes for the highly requested 4-6 age group.

Focus will be on movements, coordination, falling, staying safe and most importantly having fun.

Classes will be Monday Wednesday Friday at 4pm with limited spots available.

Today is Thanksgiving. Friday is not. No leftovers here but you can come and get the scraps.

Open mat sessions at 12pm 6pm and 7pm

Absolutely tough weekend against some tough opponents in 2 different tournaments. We got on the podium and fought hard all weekend.

Recap after we get back but we're all super smoked from a long journey.
