Start your culinary journey by mastering the fundamental concepts, skills, and techniques used in professional kitchens. This course covers basic cookery with an emphasis on moist, dry, and combination heat methods.

What a day this has been! Today the Durham Tech Culinary Arts & Hospitality hosted the college's September birthday luncheon with President Buxton. Our menu featured "southern" dishes. Thank you to the students who helped Chef Betty J Redwood and I with prep, setup, and food production over the last 2 days.
