Join us for our final Eagles Empowerment Series seminar, “This May Be Habit Forming: The Mindfulness of Healthy Habits!”
This interactive workshop breaks down how habits really work drawing inspiration from Atomic Habits by James Clear, and explores how behaviors, including alcohol and substance use, can quietly become routines. This session is for everyone interested in making positive, lasting changes!!

Last Tuesday, students engaged with Mr. Kalvin Franklin during the You Matter: Su***de Awareness event hosted by Miss Junior, Mykenzi Davis-Cowart.
They learned to recognize early warning signs of mental health concerns and su***de ideation while supporting one another’s growth. Together, they continue to thrive on the sloping hills and verdant green! 🦅
