What You'll Do
✅ Connect with job seekers by phone, text, email, social media, and online applications
✅ Screen candidates and match them with employment opportunities
✅ Schedule interviews and guide applicants through the hiring process
✅ Build talent pipelines using job boards, referrals, networking, and social media
✅ Create an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish
✅ Support recruiting campaigns, hiring events, and community outreach
✅ Collaborate with recruiting, sales, and marketing teams to meet hiring goals
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔️ Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔️ Enjoys talking with people and creating connections
✔️ Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
✔️ Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and technology platforms
✔️ Has a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
✔️ Takes initiative and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
