Are you a teen interested in learning about advocating for your mental health? Join us on Monday, November 16th at 4 pm as NC State University's CCERC leads a workshop that will focus on mental health as a fundamental part of overall wellness at every age. Presenters will discuss factors that impact mental health, increasing awareness, overcoming stigma, understanding myths, and resources that are available to address concerns.
