This month, we're immersing ourselves in the realm of the sacral chakra, where creativity, passion, pleasure, and innovative ideas converge. As spring breathes new life into the world around us, it's an opportune time to delve into this vital energy center, which mirrors the vibrant energy of the season. Just as nature bursts forth with renewal and color, the sacral chakra fuels our inner flames, urging us to embrace our creativity, revel in joyful experiences, and nurture our deepest passions. Throughout the coming weeks, we'll explore a multitude of approaches to nourish and rebalance the sacral chakra, while also learning to recognize the signs of imbalance and restore harmony to this essential aspect of our being.

In each class we will target a specific Dis-Ease and/or Organ system. We will learn which herbs to use, how to prepare and use them, to bring forward balance in said organs and to eliminate dis-ease. We will cover how to make creams, poultices, tinctures syrups and oils.
