Duke University Hospital

Back in March, pediatric physical therapist Jan Fitch (pictured below, left) decided to sew a few masks to protect herself, close family and friends from COVID-19. Her coworkers convinced her to start selling the wildly popular masks and 800 masks later, Jan has donated the proceeds - $1800 so far - to her favorite cause, the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina. Her efforts have helped in the fight against COVID-19 and the fight against hunger. Thanks, Jan!

We might be making extra trips over to Duke Regional ourselves! Such a great addition, we love it!

Look at the new additions at our entrances! Lowe's Home Improvement put them together as well as donated some of these rocking chairs to the hospital. The chairs are socially distanced six feet apart so our visitors can enjoy the sunshine and rock the day away.
