The Central Carolina Principal Preparation Program (CCP3) is a joint program of the Central Carolina RESA and NC Central University.

The Program Course of Study for the Master of School Administration (MSA) degree is designed to prepare school leaders academically and professionally to advance the consciousness of social responsibility in a diverse and global society.
