TEACHER SPOTLIGHT✨✨

Introducing Mrs. Lilly who is our preschool teacher at our 16th street location! She has been with Kidlinx for 5 years and has been a joy to have on our team!

Some fun things about Mrs. Lilly:
✨Her favorite color is green and if she were to instantly master one skill, it would be playing the piano! She is our matcha drinking teacher 🥤she loves Starbucks!
✨When asked what words her coworkers would describe her with she said, “patient, kind, and funny.”
✨ Her hidden talent is that she can SING, and one food Mrs. Lilly refuses to eat is mushrooms! 🍄

Another teacher we would like to introduce is Ms. Londyn! Londyn is new to us this year and is Mrs. Ryleigh’s sister!! 🤭 She mainly works with our Purple and Orange toddler classes.

Some fun things about Ms. Londyn:
✨When she was little, she wanted to be a teacher! Her favorite holiday is Christmas and she loves to drink Sprite!
✨When asked what motivates her to work with children she responded, “seeing them grow.” ❤️
✨ Something people don’t know about Londyn is that she is left handed!!

We sure do love our educators! 💕

Our student spotlights for the week ✨✨

Saylor from our Orange room was chosen by her teachers for being able to count to 10 in Spanish! This is a big accomplishment for her! She loves helping her friends in class! Way to go Saylor! 😁

Another student spotlight we have is Daniel! Daniel is making huge strides in letter recognition and is doing an amazing job connecting our sign language letters with their corresponding alphabet letters. 🤟🔤 It has been so exciting to watch his confidence and knowledge grow! Daniel also has such a helpful and caring heart. 💜 He is always willing to lend a hand when it’s time to clean up the classroom, and he is a wonderful friend to his classmates. One of my favorite things about Daniel is how he makes sure everyone feels included by inviting others to join him in play. We are so proud of you, Daniel!👏

Way to go students!

Dolly Day at Arkansas Street was full of books, boots, and big smiles! 🦋🤠📚

We kicked off the day with a “Cup of Ambition” cart for our educators, then line danced, paraded down the hall in our western wear, and posed for a western photo shoot. Mrs. Lenderman joined us as a guest reader, and our educators brought their Dolly best for a best dressed contest! ✨

The sweetest part? We helped sign up over 75 children for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. That’s a whole lot of stories headed to little readers! 💙

A special thank-you to Mrs. Lenderman for volunteering her time to read stories to our classes at Arkansas Street for Dolly Day! 📚🦋

The children loved gathering around to listen, and you made a day celebrating Dolly Parton’s love of reading even sweeter. Thank you for sharing your time, your kindness, and a little storybook magic with our Kidlinx kids! 💙
