Troupe 1096 has had the most incredible year EVER!

Troupe 1096 won Colorado's Chapter Select one-act competition and will be taking our production of "Never Swim Alone" to the International Thespian Festival this June!

We also entered our production of "Hadestown: Teen Edition" into the Bobby G Awards and received TWELVE nominations! Out of 53 participating schools, we tied for first place in nominations with Fossil Ridge!

To help fund 42 students going to the Bobby Gs in May and 18 students attending the International Thespian Festival with "Never Swim Alone" we are holding a one-night celebration and fundraiser!
Please join us on May 9th at the DHS Auditorium for an evening of showcasing and celebrating the incredible year we have had. It is the only chance you will see "Never Swim Alone" and our song selection from "Hadestown: Teen Edition" that we are taking to the Bobby Gs.

HERMES played by NOAH OURY

Noah was born in London, England, and has been in Durango since he was 5 years old. He started acting at The Durango Arts Center when he was six and hasn’t looked back since! He is currently the Co-president for Troupe 1096 and a Senior at Durango High School. Recently, he has been honored with a choir performance at Carnegie Hall, as well as a part in arrangements of “The Addams Family,” “Anastasia,” and “Urinetown.” For Hadestown, Noah is Hermes, and he hopes that you enjoy the show!
