We have a gorgeous rainbow raw vegan lunch today Turtle Lake Refuge! We’ll be serving this today from 11:11-2:22. We’d love to see you!
Today we have falafel on a bed of greens with zucchini hummus and cashew beet tzatziki, a cooling cucumber avocado gazpacho, and dreamy ice dream with crumbled cookie and fresh local peaches. 🤤

Lunch today featuring locally and ethically foraged wild greens like dandelion, hollyhock, nettles, curly dock, and comfrey.
These foods are so nutrient dense. Give us a try for yourself! We’re here every Tuesday and Friday from 11:11-2:22 serving up the most colorful food in Durango 🌈 🌱 💕

Dandelion festival here in Durango, Colorado on May 2, 2026. “This is a free, fun music and art festival honoring the spring wild greens, community health, organic land stewardship and joy in every way! Experience live music, local food, arts and crafts vendors, dandelion beer garden, dance performances, maypole dance, youth crafts, thrift store, and informative and fun activities for youth and adults! If possible, please carpool.”

We are hard at work here making up a bunch of our yummy dandelion pesto.

We’re serving up some at the on May 2nd! Come by the Rotary Park in Durango from 1-7 for live music, dandy beer, a turtle booth, and a maypole! Join the revelry! 🌱 🌈
