Part II of why I’m back on social media.

Does the current state of the world have you down? So much of what fills our feeds is bad news, politics, a changing climate, violence, and uncertainty. With a constant stream of reasons to worry, it can feel difficult to find happiness, and even harder to hold onto hope that things can change for the better.

Stepping away from social media for a time allowed me the time to ponder and reflect more deeply the meaning and the method behind my book and the SEED system.

This “new” ancient system, is rooted in the truth of you reap what you sow. It gives you a way to move through each day, planting the life you want and the world you want to see.

If you feel compelled share some of your seed-planting successes in the comments. What have you planted that’s beginning to grow?

Miss our besti friend/dog, Pippin🪦. It feels longer than three years ago that we lost her in a tragic accident.

Mariah was visiting from Seattle 3 years ago. She is thriving, I’m happy to report. I guess I better get up to the mountains and see the colors, but it has been beautiful this year here on the ranch.

I haven’t been posting on social media much lately. Partially because I want to engage more with the beings in the physical world. Mostly because I’ve been hanging out with and Lucinda who turns 3 months tomorrow. It’s a huge privilege to live long enough to enjoy this precious grand baby.
