I am incredibly excited to have been selected to be a Main Stage presenter for the 2023 EXIT International Convention, in Disneyland, next Month!! What an incredible group of people also sharing their stories and thoughts! I am looking forward to hearing Belinda Harris-Forrest, Ricky, and Andy! I just hope I don't trip over myself having Sharron Richardson introduce me! Thank you Christina Luis and Steve Morris for the opportunity, and Samantha Morris, Susan Harrison, Lori Muller, Jessica Rae for your support!

I just wrapped up presenting at the PRO INSPECTORS Conference 2022 national inspector conference in California! It was great seeing such a huge turn out from property inspectors from around the United States! I presented on building relationships between real estate professionals and inspectors, as well as intellectual property, social media, technology tools, and the primary conversation of consumer protection as we move into the future! I learned a lot, saw some very cool new tech tools, and it means a lot to be asked to present a format to bridge two huge industries in out country to align for the protection of the public!

For REALTOR Safety Month, I met with Natalie Olmsted with EXIT Realty Mountain View to look at what we as brokers carry in out vehicles to give some ideas and I would love to have you share what you don't leave home without. I had a wonderful opportunity to attend this year's N.A.R. Broker Summit at the last minute (was able to teach two classes on Zoom for SMDRA while here!). What an incredible couple days and a great look at the future of what may be coming and what we can do to not just be prepared, but to be a part of steering us in the right direction!

A great tip for real estate students:

Another reason why I teach to ALWAYS require an inspection (even as a seller). On this house, if the seller "forgot" to disclose this, in many states, the Seller could have been liable to fix it after closing. By finding it during an inspection, in this market the parties would likely negotiate it out AND the buyer would have knowledge.
