Durango high school aviation class got yet another opportunity to tour the Durango Airport and also Agile Space industries for the second time! We had a great turn out of over 60 students!!! Many of these students will be working with Gregg Flying Service for their discovery flights and to begin flight training ✈️!!!

The tour of the Durango Airport was great, they got to see the United Express operations side , the fire station, the FBO AvFlight, and a few local airplanes and hangers on the ramp!!

The Durango high school program has been a great success in the second year, with some of the students starting their Private pilot ratings and others moving on to bigger aviation universities such as Embery Riddle and university of North Dakota!!

It is a pleasure to share Aviation with the younger community!! Thank you to Gregg Flying Service , Durango-La Plata County Airport (DRO) , Jaden Mankins , Brad Riddle , Avflight , & DurangoSchoolDistrict for making this happen and putting this tour together!!!
