Occupational therapist professionals always has a container of play dough in their therapy bag…there are just so many benefits of play dough.

🤏Squish, squeeze, pinch, flatten, roll, cut, stamp, and mold and other fine motor playdough activities are just a few of the ways children can manipulate play dough.

It’s a classic modeling compound that is timeless, holds popularity, as well as longevity in childhood development. We know that the primary job, or occupation, of children is play and playdough offers a tool for play while building skills. Because of that fact, one of the main benefits of play dough is it helps to develop skills while providing hours of satisfying fun for children of any age.

This is a great event that is put on by Birth to Three! I will be there with flyers/brochures and resources for my EHS program!!

The next great event sponsored by our Birth to Three and our Family Services programs will be held at the Durand Community Library in conjunction with their Morning Munchies program. It's a great topic, and participants receive a board book!

Pumpkins Sensory Water Play! I colored the water green and added a little soap for bubbles. Then I added funnels, droppers, real pumpkins, and plastic pumpkins.

3. Pepin Country Stop - Located right in Pepin near Villa Bellezza, this stop has anything fall that you can think of to purchase, decor, pumpkins, squash, apples, mums, meats, cheese, you name it, they probably have it! They even added a Giant Pumpkin picture stop this year 🎃

4. Wheatfield Hill Organics - the only place you will find the cute etched pumpkins for your front porch 🥰 lots of delicious organic produce, jams, and meat available for purchase as well! Don't forget about their Fall Open House this Sunday, September 24th.

5. Evergreen Landscape and Design, LLC - You'll find this pumpkin lot right in Durand on Prospect St (HWY 85). Self pay station with a large variety to choose from! 🍁

6. Sam's Produce - A self pay roadside stand in Arkansaw stocked daily with all your favorite fall produce and a huge variety of pumpkins! You can find just about any variety of squash you can think of at this stand 😍
