📣 Calling all parents and guardians!

Nominations are now open for the Superintendent’s Family Advisory Council, an opportunity for families to share their voices, provide input, and help strengthen communication and engagement across our district.

Eight members will be selected from each of the seven Board districts to serve for one year. Selected members will participate in virtual meetings throughout the 2026–2027 school year and provide feedback on district and school family engagement efforts connected to DCSD’s 2026–2030 goals.

📣 ¡Atención, padres, madres y tutores de !

Ya están abiertas las nominaciones para el Consejo Asesor de Familias del Superintendente, una oportunidad para que las familias compartan sus opiniones, aporten ideas y ayuden a fortalecer la comunicación y la participación en todo el Distrito.

Se seleccionarán ocho miembros de cada uno de los siete distritos de la Junta de Educación para servir durante un año. Los miembros seleccionados participarán en reuniones virtuales durante el año escolar 2026–2027 y ofrecerán comentarios sobre los esfuerzos de participación familiar de las escuelas y el Distrito relacionados con las metas de DCSD para 2026–2030.

This is a friendly reminder that there are NO LEFT turns out of the Kingsley parking lot onto Brendon Dr. We are seeing this a lot during dismissal. It causes unnecessary backups, so please refrain from turning left
