📚 Preschool Is Back in Session! ✏️💛

Our preschool scholars are becoming familiar with their classroom, reviewing classroom expectations, and building new friendships. During circle time, they practiced taking turns, participating in group discussions, and following two to three-step directions.

They are developing listening comprehension, attention span, memory, communication, problem-solving, independence, and teamwork.

Parent tip: Give your child simple daily responsibilities with multiple steps, such as “put your cup in the sink, throw away your napkin, and wash your hands.” This helps build responsibility and kindergarten readiness ✨

👶🏽 School Is Back in Session in Our Infant Classroom! 💛

Our infants are getting comfortable with their classroom, teachers, friends, and daily routines. During circle time, they enjoyed songs, movement, and interactive learning while practicing simple two-step directions with teacher support.

These experiences help develop listening skills, early language, memory, social-emotional development, and a sense of security through routine.

Parent tip: Use simple directions at home like “pick up the toy and place it in the basket.” Celebrate each attempt to build confidence and understanding ✨

🎨 Welcome Back, Twos! 💛

Our Twos are learning their classroom rules, exploring their new learning space, and getting to know their classmates. During circle time, they practiced listening, participating, and following two to three-step directions.

These activities strengthen memory, language development, listening skills, self-control, independence, and social skills.

Parent tip: Practice short directions at home such as “get your shoes, bring them to me, and sit down.” Keep it fun and give lots of praise when your child completes each step 🌟

🦒🎨 Our little learners had so much fun finger painting a giraffe after learning all about it during circle time!

It’s always exciting to see our scholars bring what they’ve learned to life through art. Finger painting helps develop fine motor skills, sensory exploration, creativity, and hand-eye coordination, while reinforcing the animal concepts they learned during the lesson.

Parent tip: Keep the learning going at home by asking your child to tell you one fun fact about the giraffe or read an animal book together. Talking about what they learned helps strengthen memory, language, and confidence.

Learning is always more fun when little hands get creative! 💛🦒
