LOF Academy - Dunn, NC LOF Academy offers a smaller, quieter school environment for students K-12. Students can work towards a high school diploma and have access to a teacher.

Our students learn through the very popular accredited video-based curriculum of Acellus Academy.

Tonight we had our first annual Parent Night and we were happy to see so many familiar faces and have the opportunity to cover a lot of good information.

Mrs. DaWanda and Mrs. Sara touched on the dress code, the clear water bottle policy, cell phones, texting, immunization records, birthdays, holidays, new extracurriculars, and much more.

C-Rep was also present and spoke on their therapy services.

A newsletter will go out next week reviewing everything covered.

Mrs. Sara kicked off the Science unit for grades 4-6 with teaching them about the layers of the Earth. Her students enjoyed discussing the reading and then creating a pop-up display of the Earth’s layers. We love seeing students collaborate and show off their creativity!
