It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved THON child, Arelis "Ari" Rodriguez.

Since 2018, Ari has been so much more than our THON child. She has been a cherished member of the Penn State Scranton family. Through every fundraiser, every THON event, every encouraging message, and every milestone, Ari reminded us what it truly means to face challenges with courage, strength, and hope. Her resilience inspired us to keep dancing, keep fighting, and continue living out the mission of THON.

Ariโ€™s impact on our campus and in our hearts will never be forgotten. We are profoundly grateful for the years, memories, and inspiration she shared with us. As we mourn this tremendous loss, we also celebrate the light she brought to so many lives.

We extend our deepest condolences to Ariโ€™s family, friends, and all who loved her. Please keep them in your thoughts during this difficult time.

, forever and always. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’
