Bear with meβ¦itβs a little long but worth the read π₯°
Hiiiiiii friends & little friends! Iβm Lynsay aka Lynnie!! π₯ΉππΌπ
Iβm 31, a mama to three wild and wonderful kiddos (pictured below) β an 8-year-old baseball-loving boy, a 6-year-old gymnastics girlie, and my 2-year-old little guy who thinks anything fast is the coolest thing ever π and, of course, we canβt forget our Reggie! πΆ Iβm the oldest sister of 8 siblings and the oldest cousin in my family, so being surrounded by kids has pretty much been my entire life. On top of that, I have 10+ years of experience working with children and families, including experience in two daycares, a pediatricianβs office, child psychology, general medicine, and home health care. When Iβm not chasing kids around, you can usually find me binge-watching a show, going to a concert, or living at the baseball diamond cheering on my oldest. π Iβm a sucker for mint green, pink, and cheetah print, and apparently Iβve made a career out of loving chaos. πππ
My kids are truly my why and I know that is so clichΓ©, but itβs hands down the truth. I wanted to build something that would allow me to be present for the important moments in their lives while still doing something I absolutely love β caring for little ones. I wanted the flexibility and availability to be there for school events, baseball games, gymnastics, sick days, appointments, and all the little moments that matter when youβre raising kids.
Over the years, Iβve learned that every child is different, and I love getting to know those little personalities that make each one so special. My goal is to create a place that feels like a home away from home β somewhere your little one feels safe, loved, comfortable, and free to be themselves. A place where they can come in, kick off their shoes, get comfortable, get a little messy, have some fun, and just be kids. Here in our chaotic corner we provide and deliver just that daily.
Iβm a big believer that kids donβt need a perfectly quiet, perfectly clean, perfectly structured childhood. They need someone who will love them, listen to them, play with them, encourage them, comfort them when theyβre having a hard day, and celebrate all those little wins along the way. π
Around here, there will be baby snuggles, toddler giggles, crafts, sensory play, stories, music, outside time, imaginary adventures, learning through play, LOTS of questions, big feelings, little victories, and probably a whole bunch of chaos ππ₯π₯° And honestly? I wouldnβt have it any other way. β€οΈ
And to my parents, I want you to feel like you can drop your baby off and breathe. Knowing theyβre safe, cared for, getting attention, having fun, and being loved while youβre away means everything to me. I want to get to know your little one β not just their schedule, but their personality! Their favorite snack. The song that makes them dance. What makes them laugh? What calms them down when theyβre upset? The little things that make themβ¦them. π₯Ή Because at the end of the day, Iβm a mama first β and I know exactly how much it means to trust someone with your babies π«ΆπΌ
So, yes, weβre going to learn. Yes, weβre going to grow. Yes, weβre going to make memories. BUTTTT weβre also going to play hard, laugh a lot, make messes, probably lose a few socks, and embrace the beautiful chaos that comes with little people! π§ΈππΌπ
