elopment. We encourage families to be involved in their child's daily learning experience. We have an open door policy in which parents are welcome to visit or volunteer in their child's classroom and or events. Parents are encouraged to help with events such as show-n-tel, sharing cultural traditions (ie. clothing, holidays, traditional activities, foods), and asking their child about their day (ie. artwork, lessons, stories). Many of our staff at Little One's Preschool have several years experience working with children. Our staff either currently has or are in the process of obtaining their child development associate (CDA) and we require all staff members to participate in continuing education every year through seminars, classes, workshops and conferences. We are always researching new ideas and learning experiences that will keep the children engaged and excited to learn.
