To wrap up our Color Explosion Week, we wore the awesome tie-dye shirts we made earlier this week, cooled off with colorful popsicles, watched the colors come to life during a fun Skittles and warm water science experiment, and got creative making art with shaving cream! 🌈

We’re getting ready for Career Week at Rainbow Junction’s Childcare Center of Dundee, happening August 24th–28th, and we need our community’s help!

We’re looking for volunteers who can spend approximately 30 minutes with our kids sometime during August 24th–28th. You can talk about your job, show pictures or tools/equipment you use, bring something for the kids to see, answer questions, or even do a small demonstration!

We’d love to hear from people in ALL different careers, we have some but we are still searching for:

🩺 Doctor / Dentist
🐾 Veterinarian
🚜 Farmer
🔨 Construction Worker
💇 Hair Stylist
🧑🏼‍🍳Chef
🪖 Military Members & Veterans
🏁 Race Car Driver
and more!

Today was a very special day at the Childcare Center of Dundee!
All of our daycare students received brand-new backpacks filled with school supplies and got to pick out their own color thanks to the KanPak GSF Foundation! We are so incredibly grateful for their generosity and for helping our children get ready for another exciting school year.
