Today, we’re introducing the team helping lead BCCS—our administrative staff!

Pastor Dave has faithfully served as the pastor of Foot of Ten Baptist Church for the past 26 years, providing spiritual leadership and a heart for Christian education to our school ministry.

Mr. Trogen is beginning his 11th year as Administrator of BCCS, leading our school and working to continually strengthen and grow our programs and campus.

Mrs. Ludolph has served at BCCS for the past 10 years, spending the last 4 years as our Elementary Principal. Her leadership and investment in our teachers and younger students are an important part of our school each day.

Together, their focus goes far beyond the day-to-day operations of a school. They are committed to continually improving our campus and programs, encouraging students to reach their highest potential, supporting our teachers and families, and—most importantly—helping cultivate young people who know and love Jesus.

We’re thankful for their leadership, their dedication to BCCS, and their desire to see our students grow academically, personally, and spiritually.

Today, we’re introducing the friendly faces of our front office—the ladies who are often the first to greet you when you walk through our doors or the familiar voices you hear on the other end of the phone!

Mrs. Winegardner has faithfully served at BCCS for an incredible 44 years! Her dedication to our school and the generations of families she has served are such a special part of BCCS.

Miss Salyards is a BCCS alumna who came back to serve the school she once attended and is returning for her third year on staff.

And this year, we’re excited to welcome Mrs. Moist to the BCCS family! We’re so glad to have her joining our front office team.

These ladies help keep so many things running behind the scenes while welcoming our students, families, and visitors each day. We’re incredibly thankful for each of them and all they do for BCCS!

The first day is almost here, Bobcats—we can’t wait to welcome you back!

School is less than one week away, and we have a few more familiar faces to introduce!

Our support staff plays such an important role at BCCS, giving our students opportunities to learn, grow, and discover their gifts beyond the core classroom.

Mrs. Seeya brings her creativity to BCCS as our Art teacher, encouraging students to explore their artistic side and create something uniquely their own.

Mrs. Hoover serves our students in several areas, teaching Health and Reading as well as overseeing our Library.

And you’ll find Coach Chaz leading our athletic programs as our Athletic Director, investing in our student-athletes and helping our Bobcats grow both on and off the field.

We’re thankful for the many different talents each of them brings to BCCS and for the important role they play in making our school community what it is.

Today, we’re continuing our introductions with more of the teachers who make up our Junior High and High School team!

Miss Smith will be teaching math, bringing her years of experience and dedication to the classroom.

Mr. Burkett is stepping into a new role this year, teaching P.E., typing, and study hall. We’re excited to have him working with our students in several different areas throughout their school day!

And we’re excited to welcome Mr. Fries back to BCCS full-time! He’ll be teaching Bible, math, science, and geography, investing in our students both academically and spiritually.

Each of these teachers brings something unique to our secondary program, and we’re grateful for the different gifts, experiences, and perspectives they bring to their classrooms.

We’re looking forward to a great year with our 7th–12th grade students!
