Another beautiful afternoon of creating joy with fragrances at the Hyatt Centric in Fisherman's Wharf , for a corporate retreat for travel advisors . I composed four scents, one of them unexpectedly named for the official flower of San Francisco! Dahlia, alluring and sensual with tuberose and muguet and amber. Oud Wood, agarwood and vanilla and sandalwood. Santal, warm and enveloping. English Pear & Freesia, crisp and joyful, and the crowd pleaser for sure!
There is a moment I wait for at every event. Someone smells a scent, breathes in, and their whole face changes β and then they hand it to the person next to them and say π°π© π΅π©πͺπ΄ πͺπ΄ π¨π°π°π₯. The gentlemen found their scent as surely as the women did. That is the part that warms my heart most β that scent belongs to everyone, and there is always one that feels fun and special.
