The arts abound at Susquenita School District in which theory, practice and passion are blended across a diverse curricular landscape.

Susquenita School District is home to a vibrant and dedicated community which celebrates and practices art. The visual arts are found in abundance on Susquenta's campus. The practice of drawing, painting, crafts, photography, and ceramics thrive in the elementary, middle, and high school studios. The powerful tradition of art history, theory, and criticism continues in the Susquenita's art departm

ent as well as visiting artists, gallery spaces, and student led groups. This Susquenita Art Depatment page provides a space to develop ideas, share events, and promote projects along with communicating with our students, Parents, and staff.

6th graders enjoyed 🥳 using plaster craft to sculpt Ancient Greek vases 🏺 They wrapped plaster around a balloon to get started & attached a bowl, cup, and cardboard handles. Painted their personal designs/patterns 🖌️ 🩶🖤

Over the course of six exciting classes, students in grades 4-9 will explore various art forms, learn new skills, and gain insights into art history.

📣 Class Schedule

Homeschool & Cyber School students meet from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
Public school students meet from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.

Classes will be held on Wednesdays on the following dates:
October: 8, 15, 22, 29
November: 5, 12

Cost & Registration:
$80 per student (includes all materials)

PCCA members receive a 10% discount with their membership code at checkout.
