Our Marianna’s Fundraiser started yesterday, July 27! 🎉

🎟️ SMFA Annual Gun Raffle 🎟️

Our Annual Gun Raffle will be held on Saturday, August 16! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and its success helps support our football and cheer programs throughout the season.

🎫 Tickets are $20 each and are available for purchase at the concession stand.

🙋‍♀️ WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! WE CAN’T DO THIS WITHOUT YOU!

This event requires a tremendous amount of help to run smoothly, and we’re asking every family to pitch in.

✅ Volunteer Requirement Reminder:
• 1 child = 4 volunteer slots
• Each additional child = 2 additional volunteer slots

⭐ Volunteer shifts for the Gun Raffle count toward your required volunteer duties!

📝 A volunteer sign-up sheet has been posted—please sign up as soon as possible!

🍪 We are also asking for donations of baked goods, individually packaged in baggies, for the day of the raffle.

🎁 Raffle basket donations are greatly appreciated and help make our event even more successful!

Every volunteer, baked good, basket donation, ticket sold, and hour given makes a huge difference. It truly takes our entire SMFA family working together to make this fundraiser a success.

🧡🖤 IT'S FINALLY HERE...
FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE! 🖤🧡

Tonight is the night we've all been waiting for—the official first practice of the 2026 SMFA season! 🏈📣

We can't wait to see all of our athletes back on the field and kick off an amazing season together!

📍 Location:
Wagner Park
600 Paradise Road
New Bloomfield, PA

🕕 Practice Time:
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

📢 Parent Meeting:
All parents are required to attend our Parent Meeting at 6:00 PM at the Big Pavilion. We'll cover important information for the upcoming season, so please plan to attend!

📣 Cheer Families:
All cheerleaders should report to the Big Pavilion by 6:00 PM to meet their coaches. After introductions, each squad will split up and head to their designated practice areas.

🏈 Football Families:
See the graphic below to know where to go for your practice

💥Attire:
📣Cheerleaders - wear sneakers and tshirt with athletic shorts

🏈Football players - wear cleats, shorts and tshirt, bring your HELMET

Please remember:
💧 bring plenty of water
📄 bring any missing paperwork or checks needed to turn in

📣 After the parent meeting we will have a competition cheer squad meeting at the small pavilion!

Looking for new items or baskets to make items for the upcoming Raffle on the Hill. The Susquenita Midget Football Association, American Legion and Duncannon Fire Company are hosting the event. We have tickets available for purchase.

Things are changing at Susquenita. We had the Susquenita Midget Football Association-SMFA come out to practice with the JH, JV/Varsity team and participated in conditioning with them.
