It’s game day! 🐾❤️

Yesterday Ms. Karen made noise makers with Mrs. Davis’ class, along with Ms. Bucktrot’s class for today’s district wide pep rally! Our kiddos had a blast making them, and also at the pep rally this morning!

We missed our AM Vo-Tech kiddos, but now they have a noise maker for future events! 🥳

🎳 Our First Community-Based Instruction Trip of the Year!🎳

Our high school and transition students had the opportunity to get out into the community, practice important life and social skills, and—of course—have a little fun along the way! ❤️

Today’s trip was the perfect chance to practice our bowling skills as we get ready for our Special Olympics Bowling Competition next month!🏆🎳

We are so proud of our students for getting out there, encouraging one another, trying their best, and showing that learning happens far beyond the classroom! 🐾

Happy Friday!! ❤️🐾

Some of our students had the opportunity to practice our life skills in real time by working the concession stand today for our High School volleyball tournament!
We had a great time serving customers, and some of the students even got to cheer on our Lady Bulldogs as they won their match!
As always, it’s a great day to be a bulldog! 🥰

Mrs. Davis was feeling a bit under the weather today, but the show always goes on! ❤️ Just received the sweetest photos of some of Mrs. Davis’ class today as they enjoyed another day in the library with Ms. Watson!

Today they watched a video on how play dough was invented and how it is made. Then they used corn starch, lotion and food coloring to make their own play dough. They did so good! Mrs. Bucktrot brought her class to help, and it definitely looked like a day I wish I was there for! They ended it with cupcakes 🧁 and wishing Mrs. Bucktrot’s son, and Ms. Watson’s grandson a very happy birthday!

Happy Thursday! 🥳 Today Mrs. Davis’ class went to the Library! Ms. Karen read “How to Survive as a Firefly” and afterwards, our kiddos got to use copper tape, a battery and LED lights to make their fireflies light up! HOW COOL! It was a fun way to end our short week! Thank you Ms. Karen for putting this together for us, we look forward to our next visit!

Today we celebrated our July & August Birthdays! 🥳🧁

We celebrated our July & August birthdays with a little baking, lots of smiles, and even more love! 🧁🥰 Our students got to make their own cupcakes and then enjoy them together with their friends.

These simple moments mean so much. Watching our students participate, celebrate one another, and make sweet memories together is truly the best! ❤️✨

❤️ Thankful Thursday!

Today some of Mrs. Davis’ students took a trip to Cactus Floral and learned a lot about different flowers from the incredible owner, Melissa. They each got to pick out what flowers they wanted in the bouquet, and Melissa made it in front of us- all while giving us a lesson during the process! Afterwards, we delivered the beautiful bouquet to Mrs. Molly Thompson, someone we are all truly thankful for!

Students get to pick someone in the District that they’re very thankful for, and that have made an impact on them throughout their time at Cache Public Schools. A huge shoutout to Melissa at Cactus Floral for making this happen & being so patient with us, and thank you Molly Thompson for making a huge impact on our students hearts! We love ya! 🐾❤️

We’ve officially made it through the first full week of school and Mrs. Stephen’s class celebrated by making grilled cheeses during their Life Skills class time! 🍞🧀

We had an amazing time last night at the FCA All Star Unified Football Game. It was such a beautiful thing to witness the excitement on the athletes and partners faces! Thank you FCA Southwest Oklahoma, What an amazing opportunity ❤️🏈
