As a coach and parent, an important lesson to pass along to our athletes is simple: focus your energy where it actually counts 🥎⚾️

You can’t control the umpire’s call, the weather, or how the other team plays. But your effort, your attitude, and your self-talk? That’s 100% on you. When you learn to let go of the noise outside your circle and lock in on what you can control, that’s where true confidence and growth happen, both on and off the field. 💥

Happy Labor Day! Today, we’re taking a brief breather to honor all the dedication, hustle, and effort our athletes and community put in every single day. Enjoy the holiday, enjoy time with family, and get ready to hit the ground running tomorrow.

Facility Hours: Closed today in observance of the holiday. Normal operating hours resume tomorrow!
