We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic team member to join our child care family!
Our center is a place where children learn, play, and grow in a safe and nurturing environment, and we’re searching for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in young children’s lives. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys engaging with children through play, helping teach and guide them, and building meaningful relationships with both children and families.
We value teamwork, kindness, creativity, and a willingness to grow alongside us. Whether you’re experienced in child care or eager to learn, we’re looking for someone with a warm heart, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for working with children.

After the service for Theresa, the Kona Ice truck will be at Liberty Baptist church. Theresa loved Roy’s snow cones and Roy wants everyone to have one in memory of our dear sister and his sweet cousin.

Our baby sister Miss Theresa gained her Angel wings October 1st. We will close Wednesday and Thursday of this week so that we can be with our family. The service is Thursday at 10 am at Liberty Baptist Church on Fuller Rd in Duncan. We will have a visitation at Whitt funeral home Wednesday evening from 5 pm until 7 pm. If you or your children have any special memories of Miss Theresa please share them on here. My heart is broken. I want to do a celebration for her at a later date. I mean a CELEBRATION. Nothing sad just happy kids and happy families. That is what she would want. Please pray for all of us. we are all family if you would like to eat lunch with us after the service please let us know so that we can make sure we have plenty. I am taking my time to be sad today and tomorrow is a new day and I just want to see smiles lots of smiles. I have been sad for a little while and the kiddos have seen it and they have hugged me and told me they love me. It means so much. Theresa loved all of the kids so much. if you have a child that would like to say or do something special please just let me know. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for your love and patience.

A Great Start Learning Center is a family business, and our family takes care of your family. Recently, we found out that Theresa Franklin, who is a Mother, Sister, Aunt and dear friend to the staff and families of A Great Start has aggressive, late stage cancer. We are absolutely heartbroken. We all love Theresa and know that she has a special connection with our entire Great Start family.

In the coming days, we will do our best to operate as usual but we would really appreciate your prayers and grace during this difficult time. This has happened very quickly and that is all we know at this time. As always, you’re welcome to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
