Please join us in welcoming Emily Prichard as the new Agricultural Education Teacher and FFA Advisor at Duncan High School!

Mrs. Prichard is no stranger to Duncan Public Schools, having previously served as our Pathways to Future Careers Internship Teacher/Coordinator. Her passion for education, career readiness, and helping students discover their potential makes her a great fit for this role.

Inspired by her own experiences in 4-H and FFA, Emily believes agricultural education goes beyond the classroom. It’s about developing leaders, encouraging personal growth, and preparing students for career success while helping them discover opportunities they may not have known existed.

As she begins this new role, Emily is excited to work alongside students, families, alumni, and the community while encouraging more students to explore all that Duncan FFA has to offer.

If you’re looking for a place where your student can build confidence, develop leadership skills, make lifelong friendships, and prepare for their future, Duncan FFA has something to offer.

Eme Pineda had an amazing week at Oklahoma FFA Alumni Camp representing Duncan FFA! 💙💛

Throughout the week, she had the chance to meet FFA members from across Oklahoma, build leadership skills, take part in fun team activities, and make memories that will last long after camp is over.

We’re so proud of Eme for representing our chapter and can’t wait to see her put what she learned into action this year!

FFA members have been busy making FFA Banquet decorations & putting together Mothers Day pots for their moms & participating in contest. Tomorrow, we will be ready to open back up & sell our remaining plants.

Congratulations to Caylyn Jarboe on placing 2nd in the Agriscience Division at the Waurika Regional Speech contest this evening. This placing has qualified Caylyn for the Central Area Speech contest on April 21st in Shawnee.

Tonight would like to recognize Eme Pineda & Caylyn Jarboe on having the courage to try public speaking and represent Duncan at the Waurika Regional Speech contest this evening

Today Mr. Jarboe had us add a little curb appeal the the front of the high school. Our plant sale was a great success & we appreciate everyone coming & supporting our FFA Chapter.
After our plant sale last weekend we have been working on putting pots together for decorations at our FFA banquet.
Next week FFA members we be making their own mothers a hanging basket for Mothers Day. When we finish up with that project we will sell the remaining plants in the greenhouse. It will probably be the end of next week. Please watch this page for exact dates.
