Slide #2: Can't Get Info Final Forms

⚡ Can’t Get Into FinalForms?
Having trouble accessing your FinalForms account? You’re not alone! One of the most common issues we see is parents forgetting their password or no longer having access to the email address connected to their account.

🔐 Forgot your FinalForms password?
Use the “Forgot Password?” option on the FinalForms login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

📧 Don’t have access to that email account anymore?
No problem. Contact your child’s building secretary. We can update the email address associated with your FinalForms account so you can regain access.

Once you’re logged in, please take a few minutes to review your contact information and complete any forms that still need your attention.

We want to make it as easy as possible for every family to keep their information current! ⚡💙💛

⚡ Take a Few Minutes to Update FinalForms!
Parents and Guardians: We’re asking all families to take a few minutes to make sure their information in FinalForms is complete and up to date.

It’s quick and easy:

Go to Franklin Local FinalForms
Log in to your parent account
Review and update your information — including phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, medical information, and parent/guardian information
Complete and sign any required forms
Having accurate information is especially important in the event of an emergency, when we need to be able to reach the right person as quickly as possible.

Whether your child attends DFE, RES, PJHS, or PHS, please take a few minutes to check your account.

A few minutes now can make a big difference when we need to reach you. ⚡💙💛
