Dumas South PTO Dumas South PTO is the Parent Teacher Organization at Dumas South Elementary School in Dumas, Texas. Welcome to Morningside PTO (Parent/Teacher Organization)!

We strive to help provide aid to our school through volunteering, parent involvement, and fundraising. Our goal as a PTO is do all we can to support a fun and enriching learning enviroment for our students!! We can't make this happen without your support and communication. We want to encourage every family to find a way to plug in and help support our students and teachers! If you wanted a yearbook but didn’t get one, there are 15 left! You can stop by the office during summer school hours and grab one. They are $20 each and we accept cash or check made out to Dumas South PTO.

Join us in congratulating this year’s Dumas South PTO scholarship recipients- Leslie Guzman, Natalee Keenan, Abigail Turner, and Ke Blea Paw! These outstanding students, who attended Morningside or Sunset Elementary, have demonstrated excellence not only in their academics, but also in their character, leadership, and service to others. Through their essays, they shared inspiring goals and dreams for their futures, and we are so proud of all they have accomplished.

Congratulations to our scholarship winners, and best wishes to the entire graduating Class of 2026 as you begin this exciting new chapter!
