Spring is in the air at Dumas Middle School! 🌷

The cafeteria is all decorated and ready for the season, bringing some extra springtime cheer to lunchtime. Students also enjoyed fresh cinnamon rolls on the menu recently—because nothing says a great day like a warm, sweet treat!

It was a great day in the cafeteria at Dumas High School as students enjoyed Chicken Wing Day! Our team served up three delicious flavors: Garlic Parmesan, Hot Honey Glaze, and the Monthly Menu Feature — Lemon Pepper Hot Honey Wings.

Students lined up to grab their favorite flavor, and the wings were definitely a hit! We love bringing fun menu features like this to our cafeteria and giving students something special to look forward to at lunch.

Fat Tuesday Fun at Dumas Middle School Café!

Today was full of flavor and fun at DMS! We celebrated Fat Tuesday with a special taste test featuring Chef Tory — and our students LOVED it!

On the tasting menu:
✨ Creamy Spinach Dip
✨ Lemon Pontchartrain Potatoes
✨ Blackened Chicken Alfredo Flatbread

The best compliment of the day? Students asking if Chef Tory could come back every day!

Dumas Middle School's team turned the cafeteria into a gingerbread dream! Peppermints, candy décor, and a giant Gingerbread Man welcoming everyone to the lunch line—sweetness everywhere you look!

Would you look at that tray presentation from Dumas Middle!! Check out that cheeseburger with melted cheese, crispy twister fries, juicy fresh plums, and cold chocolate milk! 😋

Fun fact: those plums came from a program called FFAVORS, which helps schools get more fresh fruits and veggies from U.S. farms.

Nothing beats a classic! Our Bobcats enjoyed a true soul food lunch — crispy scratch-made fried chicken, creamy mashed potatoes, a warm roll, garden-fresh salad, and a sweet apple, all served with cold milk.
